For most of my life, I was the woman everyone could count on.

The strong one.
The dependable one.
The one who said yes when she meant no.
The one who carried everyone else’s needs while quietly abandoning her own.

From the outside, my life looked successful.

Family. Responsibility. Achievement.
All the things that say, “She has it together.”

But inside?

I was exhausted.
Overextended.
Disconnected from myself.
Living a life built around being who everyone else needed me to be.

Eventually, life brought me to a breaking point.

After years of giving my power away — in relationships, in expectations, in trying to be “good enough” — I found myself at rock bottom.

Sitting on the side of the road, sobbing, I cried out to God:

There has to be another way.

And what I heard changed everything.

“You are the common denominator.”

Not as judgment.
As a solution.

Because if I was the common denominator…
Then I had the power to change the trajectory of my life.

That moment began a different kind of journey.

I started choosing myself.
Honoring my voice.
Rebuilding my life from the inside out — with honesty, boundaries, faith, and radical self-responsibility.

Little by little, everything changed.

Today, I live the life that once felt like a far-off possibility.

I’m loved well.
I have the family and partnership I longed for.
I’ve built a business rooted in purpose, faith, and impact.
And most importantly…

I get to be fully, authentically me.
